Product Overview: Jerk is actually a style of cooking native to Jamaica in which meat is dry-rubbed or wet marinated with a hot spice mixture called Jamaican jerk spice, which there are several heat levels of jerk seasoning. We took the style indigenous to Jamaica and made our Jerk an Eastern Shore Tradition! Our blend can be rubbed on dry or made wet by adding your favorite blend of olive oil to make a paste. Our heat level is notable but bearable, no burnt lips! You have to try this Cambridge delight because we know you will enjoy your jerk chicken, pork or fish after using our blend.
Ingredients: salt, herbs, garlic, black pepper and paprika
Application of use: Heat your grill or cast iron pan to medium high and lay your marinated meat in the pan or over hot coals to cook until done only turning the meat over as you deem fit. This blend is great on pork, chicken or Fish. Use it as a dry rub or add olive oil to make a jerk paste and marinade over night in the refrigerator.
